Returns & Refunds

At Lid Daddy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, we offer returns or replacements within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

After the 14-day period, returns and refunds will no longer be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us through our store’s contact page before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If approved, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping
